Open your phone’s general “settings” (the blue and white cog icon) and navigate to “Sounds and Vibrations”.

Click on “Sounds and Vibrations” and scroll down until you see “Adaptive Sound”

Make sure the “Use Adaptive Sound” toggle is turned off (i.e. on the left hand side of the toggle).
